Meet Australian-born, Edinburgh-raised Tristan Weller! We were first introduced to Tristan’s soulful bass sound during his audition where he thoroughly entertained with a unique rendition of Britney Spears' “Toxic”. Since joining the group Tristan has proved himself a quick learner, fearlessly taking on historic TOG bass parts that to the uninitiated read like Egyptian hieroglyphics.
Nevertheless, Tristan has breezed through any and all baby steps, staking a strong claim on the Bare Necessities solo and lending a hand on new arrangements. He is undoubtedly supported in these endeavours by previous musical experience singing with a number of choirs and taking the lead in musical productions.
When he isn’t perfecting key changes and exploring the undiscovered regions of his voice (rumour has it that we know more about the surface of the moon than the hidden depths of Tristan’s vocal range) Tristan enjoys nothing more than playing Rugby and crashing the dates of other group members.
